Everyone is welcome at our annual Free the Spirit Festival! Bring the whole family to enjoy a day of music, dancing, food and artisan market.

You can also join fundraising activities – and there are opportunities for everyone, regardless of physical ability. Participants are invited to join the 2k walk (or roll) or lace up your sneakers and partake in the 5k run. This is an amazing chance to challenge yourself, family and friends to be active while raising pledges in support of the St.Amant Foundation. 

With your help, we can enhance the quality of life for more than 5,000 people with developmental disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries by providing opportunities to create friendships, to stay active, to learn, to be independent, and to have fun!
